We traveled to Florence for Thanksgiving and celebrated with friends and family for the holiday. Here are some highlights:
Both Walker and I were not feeling well with a cold, but everything went pretty smoothly and we are both feeling better now. Baby Walker is not a fan of his nasal bulb thingy, but he is being a trooper.
I took our new vehicle "Victoria the Volvo" for her maiden voyage and she is going to be a great addition to the family. It was wonderful to have more room and we definitely needed it on the way home with presents and Momma Swindle purchases. She is a 2011 XC60 and I LOVE her.
We had a lot to do in Florence...Sip n' See with my mom's friends on Saturday, Thanksgiving at Turtle Point, Iron Bowl at the Sharp's house, Couples Baby Shower for Andrew and Martha Taylor Johnson at the Clement's house, visits with family. It was a busy week and I would like to give a big shout out to my parents for hosting us. My dad is the master of breakfast and fed us every morning. My mom helped us in so many ways with washing clothes, babysitting and way more. Thanks parental units, you rock! Watch out in-laws we might hit your house next!! We want to spread the love around!
